How do I report incorrect business information?
Use the report option on the relevant listing where available, or contact support with the business name, page URL and the information that needs correction.
How do I report a business or content?
Send the page URL and a clear description of the concern to RibiStore support. Do not include passwords or sensitive payment credentials.
Does an unclaimed listing mean RibiStore endorses the business?
No. Unclaimed listings are discovery records and do not imply that the business has partnered with, approved or been verified by RibiStore.
What should I do if I have a problem with a gift card?
Contact support with the gift-card reference and business name. Do not send your password or full payment credentials.
