RibiStore uses publicly available information to help people discover local businesses. A listing does not mean the business has partnered with RibiStore. Claiming the page allows the owner to confirm and update the information.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to claim my business?
Yes. Claiming an existing RibiStore business listing is free. Once approved, you can manage the business information available on your storefront.
How long does the review take?
Review time can vary depending on the business and the evidence provided. If we need more information to confirm that you represent the business, we may contact you before approving the claim.
What happens if my business is not listed?
You can create a new business listing instead. Choose “My business is not listed” or “List a new business” and provide the basic information needed to create your storefront.
Can I claim a listing if someone else has already claimed it?
A business that is already claimed requires an ownership or access review. Contact RibiStore support with evidence that you are authorised to represent the business so the existing claim can be reviewed.
