Refund eligibility depends on the gift-card terms, redemption status and applicable consumer rules. Contact support with the gift reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

The remaining value follows the terms of that gift programme, including any expiry and residual-balance rules shown with the gift.

A completed redemption is not automatically reversible. Any correction or refund must be reviewed under the merchant and gift programme rules.
