How is a gift card delivered?
Eligible digital gift cards are delivered using the recipient details provided during purchase. Delivery instructions are shown before checkout.
How does the recipient redeem a gift card?
Redemption depends on the participating business. The gift includes the applicable redemption instructions, which may support RibiStore online redemption, direct merchant redemption, or both.
Can a gift card be partially redeemed?
Where the gift programme permits partial redemption, the remaining value stays on the same gift card balance for later use.
