Why is my business already on RibiStore?
RibiStore may create basic listings from publicly available business information to help people discover local businesses. An unclaimed listing does not imply a partnership.
How do I claim an existing business?
Open Claim your business, find the listing and submit information showing that you are authorised to represent the business.
What happens after I submit a claim?
RibiStore reviews the information and may request additional evidence. Once approved, the listing becomes manageable from your merchant account.
Does claiming automatically make a business verified?
No. Claiming establishes management of the listing. Verification can require additional checks depending on the business and capability requested.
